(note: I'm not a body builder like Ralf.  I don't lift weights.  I just do cardio exercise at the gym and do
yoga so I can look sexy and stay skinny, ...LOL...I'm just kidding)

I normally work out in the evening due to my job schedule.  Sometimes  my buddy Ralf and I  go
together or Rob from Total Chaos (when he is not on tour).  We are all members of the same gym.  
 I go to the gym 4 times a week - I mostly  take yoga class.  But my favorite workout is running on
treadmill and swimming.  I don't know why but I love to run.  When I was a kid I would always run
around in school play ground.  So I will get on the treadmill and run fast as I can non-stop for 15
minutes straight (thats one mile and it's a good heart exercise and you will sweat everything out).  
Rob from total chaos jogs (running slow) for 40 minutes and does heavy weight lifting.  I just got
the vegan Creatine powder which I mix with water - I take this before my cardio work out (One
scoop of Creatine Monohydrate yields the equiivalent of creatine found in 2.2 pounds (1kg) of
uncooked meat.  And it's a good idea to have a bottle of water with you at all times.
After the work out I will chew on a protein bar (Cliff bars) or I will have a empty bottle with Protein powders
and mix it in with water and just shake that thing and drink it after.  You have to shake it hard!  

Note: Dont eat heavy before  work out.  Before work out it's good to have fruits for energy.  I will eat a small
snacks about 40 minutes before or a energy salad one hour before I swim or jog.  But no heavy meals.  If I
was gonna eat heavy meal I will waite about 3 hours and then go to the gym.
(note: I dont eat this entire meal - they can be divided into different days)

Breakfast is very important to me.  It's a important meal of the day so I can think clear and have good energy in
the afternoon.
I dont eat all these at once or all in one day.  I will eat different things in different days so i wont get bored with
my food.  Sometimes I will have a tofu scrambler.  Or my my roomate will make me vegan pancakes.  But the
first thing I do is when i get up I will have a  glass of water.  And everyday I take Spirulina drink, one table
spoon of flax oil and sometimes the protein drink.  I guess it all depends on how much time I have in the
morning.
Best time to eat fruits are in the morning.  I eat organic bananas and organic oranges you can get them cheap
at the VP Discount Health Foods - after that I will have an organic oat meal then chew on the dairy free fruit
calcium (500 MG of Calcium polus vitmamins D & K - you can get them at Trader Joes)
Some people get bored of oatmeals - so somtimes it's good to eat  peanut butter and jelly sandwhich
(organic jelly and organic protein wheat bread from Trader Joes).  If your in a hurry - this takes only like 3
minutes to make em and wham your out the door- you can take this with you :)
Soy Yogurt is good for you - I open one up and put Organic Hemp Plus Granola (600mg OMEGA-3's).  Or
Just have a organic Peanut Butter Panda Puff cereal with vanilla soymilk.
Notice that theirs a FLAX OIL on the right hand side.  Vegetarians dont get that much Flax oil cos we dont
eat fish.  Ofcourse we can get it from Flax seeds which you can put them in soy yogurt but every morning
I take one table spoon of Omega 3 Flax Oil  (has omega6 and omega 9).
I abhor most vitamins, pills or liquids. What do you suggest, im a Vegan...hit me back

You dont need to take vitamins if you eat right.  You should get this book when youhave a chance.  The Vegetarian

Remember to refrigerate your flax oils...they go rancid quickly.

Also, it is crucial that you DO NOT heat them or else it actually makes them bad for you, because it converts the fat
into an unhealthy fat. You can however, add flax oil to things that are already cooked (i.e. pasta, grains, etc.) , just
don't expose it to direct heat.

Since I'm pregnant I have been trying really hard to make sure I take a heavy duty dose of flax oil daily, as the omega
3's are crucial to brain development in the baby.
