FREE THE BLACK RIDERS 3

Defendants:

General
T.A.C.O.: a former gang member who created the Black Riders Liberation Party in 1996 in the Youth
Training Service's prison college class along with other prisoners and who has been organizing and
transforming Black youth from the criminal-gangster mentality into a revolutionary freedom-fighter mentality to
defend and protect the Black community.

Aryana Shaku: Minister of information of BRLP, whose son was kidnapped along with her by the police and
placed into foster care for the second time in less than three years.

Stress: Sergeant rank-in-file, Edu-tainment Revolutionary Hip Hop organizer in BRLP.

From a single conspiracy charge placed on three defendants, the black Rider 3 case has been blown up into
all-out attempt to destroy and declare war on the Black riders Liberation Party, and hold its leader hostage as a
political prisoner.

Charges:

Initial charge: conspiracy to possess automatic weapons, and attempted possession of automatic weapons ---
status: lawyers pushing to receive the so called "evidence" and other discovery.

Second charge: gang enhancement --- status: attempted to label and target Black Riders as a gang dismissed
by judge based on no evidence.

Third attempted charge: aiding and abetting a felon to be placed on Aryana and Stress --- status: retaliation
by prosecution for failed gang enhancement charge, but dropped by DA based on lack of evidence.

Fourth charge: 'ex-felon attempting to possess weapons' placed on leader, General T.A.C.O. --- status: latest
attempt by state to use a 17 year old record to crush a revolutionary organizer and leader of the Black Nation.

The DA continues to make slanderous racist accusations in court, and the L.A.P.D. has attempted to intimidate
us from making a stand against their criminal justice system.
